Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Omnia Projects: the contractor and provider of web development services. Client: the individual or legal entity assigning work to Omnia Projects.

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed after written confirmation by both parties.

3. Delivery time

Delivery times are indicative. Delays do not entitle the client to compensation or termination unless the delay is unreasonable.

4. Payment

Payments are split into milestones: 30% at project start, 40% midway, and 30% at delivery. Invoice term is 14 days.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, rights to delivered software transfer to the client. Open-source libraries keep their own licenses.

6. Liability

Omnia Projects is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or lost profits. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project.

7. Maintenance

After delivery, maintenance is available as a separate service. Without a maintenance contract, Omnia Projects is not responsible for updates after delivery.
